My individual appointments are virtual through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant client portal. Group and team presentations or workshops are available on-site.

I do not take insurance. For covered mental health services, I can provide a Superbill to be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for mental performance services.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots and discounts when multiple sessions are paid for in advance. Please inquire for current availability if needed.

I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology and am a licensed psychologist. I am also an AASP Certified Mental Performance Consultant.
